Frequently asked questions

Quick answers about programs, applications, visas and costs. Still unsure? Ask us.

How does a consultation work?

Tell us your results, budget and preferred destinations. We shortlist suitable programs and explain entry requirements, fees, intakes and the application steps.

Which A/L stream do I need?

It depends on the program. Use the A/L stream filter in the Program Finder to see programs that match your stream, then ask us to confirm the exact subject requirements.

Can I study online or do a top-up degree?

Yes. Use the β€œStudy mode” filter in the Program Finder to show only online or top-up programs.

When are the intakes?

Intakes vary by country and university. Most destinations have a main intake around September and further intakes in January or February. Each destination page lists the typical intakes.

Do I need IELTS?

Most English-taught programs ask for proof of English, usually IELTS or an equivalent test. Some universities accept other evidence, such as English-medium schooling. We will tell you what your chosen university accepts.

Can you help with visas and accommodation?

Yes. We guide you through the visa documents and application, and help you find accommodation before you travel.

Can I work while I study?

Many countries allow limited part-time work for international students. Rules differ by country and change over time, so we will explain the current position for your destination.

What documents do I need to apply?

Typically your passport, academic certificates and transcripts, English test results, a personal statement and sometimes references. Your counsellor will give you a checklist for each university.
